Made with botanicals grown on the hills of the Trebbia Valley, sweetened with honey and naturally colored with red rose petals.
Antica Bottega Premium Smoked (Piedmont) €10
16% vol.
On the palate, it's full-bodied, warm, and intense. The smoky notes that dominate the nose blend perfectly with the delicate citrus of lemon and orange zest and the bold spiciness of cubeb pepper. The finish is long and persistent, giving way to the sweetness of Madagascar vanilla.

Fermented with whole black rice, it features toasted, almost sweet notes typical of the Cerevisiae yeasts used, then unleashes complex, herbaceous bitterness typical of Piedmontese vermouths thanks to the 36 botanicals it's infused with. The finish is umami, almost savory, thanks to the brown rice.
